Descripcion Corta Learn the secrets of how to make fluffy ricotta gnocchi from scratch. Descripcion In this 3-hour hands-on workshop where you will learn the art and the secrets of making the perfect gnocchi with no tools required. You will learn how to make it from scratch including how to perfectly knead the gnocchi dough and shape your own gnocchi. The gnocchi will be paired with an authentic Italian sauce made by you - all while sipping on a glass of Prosecco and enjoying an antipasto.
At the end of the class we will sit together and enjoy the fruits of our labours.On the Menu:- Prosecco on arrival- Antipasto- Ricotta Gnocchi with Classic Pesto alla GenoveseAfter the you'll be offered a ‘Crostata ai Frutti di Bosco & Noci’ (Italian Tart with Wild Berry Jam & Walnuts)
All the recipes of the day will be in a take home booklet.The class runs from 11 am - 1 pm and there will be a maximum of 8 participants, in a beautiful venue in the heart of Surry Hills.
